Hi! I’m Vaidehi Vilas Chavan, and I’m the HR Manager and Head of Administration at Empyrean School. I’m dedicated to making Empyrean an amazing place to learn and grow.

I’ve got a Bachelor’s degree in History, a Master’s degrees in Hindi and English, and also hold a B.Ed. in History and Hindi from Mumbai University (yes, I love learning!). I’ve also picked up some handy certifications along the way, like the one in  Student Psychology.

In my long journey of 22 years, I have enjoyed heading the Departments of Hindi and Marathi.
I have been the recipient of a few Awards like the Best Teacher Awards and HIRKANI Award!
I have presented a Research paper at an International Web Conference! I cherish my role as the Core team member of the Mission Make India Read initiative. 

When I’m not at school, you will find me producing Marathi albums and movies (I love the arts!), reading, writing, or listening to interviews. I’m always looking for new ideas and inspiration!
