Our Hiring Process

Application Submission Browse our open positions and submit your CV through our website, ensuring your application highlights relevant experience and alignment with our school’s values.
Initial Screening Our HR team reviews applications and shortlists candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Introductory Interview Shortlisted candidates are invited for an initial conversation to discuss their background, teaching philosophy, and alignment with Empyrean’s mission.
Demo Lesson / Task
- For teaching roles: Candidates conduct a demo lesson to showcase their instructional approach and classroom engagement.
- For non-teaching roles: A task may be assigned to assess role-specific skills.
Final Interview Candidates meet with the leadership team for an in-depth discussion about fit, expectations, and professional aspirations.
Reference Check We may contact provided references to gain further insight into your professional background.
Offer & Onboarding Selected candidates receive an offer letter and begin the onboarding process, which includes orientation and induction into the Empyrean community.
