Parent Partnership

We believe a strong partnership between parents, learners, and educators creates a nurturing and successful learning environment. We collaborate with parents to build connections and contribute to a shared experience in their child's educational journey.

EPPL - Empyrean Parents Premier League

A thrilling initiative where parents and teachers bond over football and cricket tournaments, fostering camaraderie, teamwork,
and sportsmanship. These action-packed matches aim to promote physical fitness in our community, while setting an example
for students on leadership and perseverance.

Coffee Meets with the Principal

Aimed at strengthening communication and building trust, these informal meets offer parents the opportunity to
connect with the principal, share insights, and discuss ideas to enhance learning. They provide a space for parents
to ask questions and voice concerns directly with the Principal.

Parent Orientations and Workshops

Each academic year kicks off with orientation sessions, ensuring parents are familiar with the school’s culture, academic systems and the learning opportunities that support students’ growth. Throughout the year, regular Coffee Meets with the Principal and ECPTA meetings provide platforms for updates, feedback, and discussions.

Parent Workshops are ongoing throughout the year, they help to reinforce a strong school-parent collaboration. Some of the most popular workshops include parenting strategies, building reading habits at home and teaching literacy and numeracy.

A Unique Take on Parent-Teacher Meetings

Our PTMs go beyond discussing grades. Parents and children participate in interactive sessions that promote well-being,
creativity, and connection. Activities include mindfulness exercises, art therapy, and game corners. Zen Corners also provide
parents and students with a peaceful space to relax and reflect.

We also host Student-Led Conferences (SLCs), where students present their learning journey, achievements, and goals. Through
the process of reflecting on their progress, our learners develop a sense of ownership over their growth and cultivate essential
skills such as self-assessment and goal-setting. These conferences empower students by giving them a voice in their education,
fostering self-motivation as a key outcome.
